He does this by taking an in person approach to ask about and discover your needs and desires for your estate plan (or your business). Matthew was responsive, quickly understood my situation, and presented a very relevant and clear legal perspective with consideration for the factors involved and recommendations for my response re: the contract issue. Matthew was empathetic about the impact on me if the contract issue was not resolved, and explained the rationale for my response messaging. My response was well received with a considerate message that fully resolved the issue. I plan to hire Konchel & Associates, P.C. for other legal work for my business.

Matthew is not like any lawyer I have ever worked with before. Throughly explained everything and nothing was ever rushed. We had wills updated for my wife and I as well as created a living will, HIPPA documents, and Power of Attorney. He then met with my grown children and thoroughly explained all of the documents.
